If we had a record of the week, then this week it would be this strutting beast from GIANT PARTY.

They look like the sort of men who are about to have their first midlife crisis, pensive and pulled apart; as if all it would take is one Domino’s pizza delivery man to cut them up on a pavement to throw them over the edge.

As a consequence ‘White Ink’ boils with indignation and self-preservation. It revels in dysfunction and confusion and dreams of a depraved romance, accentuated by the rough, seediness of the music (driven by a propulsive bass and interspersed with squawking electronics). The driving rhythm is really at the centre of it, but the vocals as they fly off and up into the chorus are good as well.

Just had a look round and this is the only link I could find for it at the moment
